Service and Returns Policy*

We want you to be pleased with your order.  The products offered on this site are fit for the purpose for which they were intended.  Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects.  If there is a problem, please email or write to us with 10 days of receipt of shipment.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

A full credit will be given for returned products that are undamaged.  The credit will always be made in the currency and method by which payment was originally made.  Your are responsible for return shipping costs.

To return an item, first contact us by e-mail or regular mail.  We will need your name, contact information, and details of the product and original order.  Return each item in its original box and with all original packing materials.  All returns must be prepaid.

In the event of damage items, please save all packing materials and report damage immediately to the carrier (UPS 1-800-PICK-UPS).
